From 12 October 2026, Hotel Garnì Edy will welcome a new culinary experience: “La Finestra”, a restaurant named after the unique panorama that can be admired through its large windows.
A place where tradition meets creativity, with dishes that celebrate the authentic flavours of the Dolomites and Italian cuisine, reinterpreted with a refined touch.
Fresh mushrooms, handmade pasta, carefully selected meats and seasonal ingredients will take centre stage in a menu designed to showcase the local area and delight the senses. The warm and welcoming atmosphere, reminiscent of a mountain chalet, will provide an intimate and charming setting, perfect for a romantic dinner as well as for sharing special moments with family and friends.
La Finestra will also be the ideal setting for your special occasions: corporate lunches and dinners, First Communions, Confirmations, Christenings and intimate celebrations, all in an elegant and authentic environment. Our team will be delighted to personalise every detail to make each occasion truly unique.
To make the experience even more memorable, themed evenings will be organised with dedicated menus and evocative atmospheres.
