From December 1st, 2025, Hotel Garnì Edy will enrich its offer with a new culinary experience: “La Finestra”, a restaurant named after the stunning panorama visible through its large windows.
A place where tradition meets creativity: dishes highlighting the authentic flavors of the Dolomites and Italian cuisine, interpreted in a refined way.
Fresh mushrooms, handmade pasta, selected meats, and seasonal ingredients will be the stars of a menu designed to showcase the local territory and delight the senses. The warm and cozy atmosphere, reminiscent of a mountain lodge, is perfect for a romantic dinner or a convivial moment with family and friends.
