THE RECEPTION
The Staff is available for any need at any time at the hotel phone numbers.
Check-In is possible from 3.00 p.m. to 9.30 p.m.; late Check-Ins must be agreed upon at the time of booking.
Early check-in: if you wish to arrive before check-in time (scheduled from 3 pm), you can request the use of the room, subject to availability, for an extra charge.
Check-Out is possible from 7.30 a.m. to 10.30 a.m.; late Check-Outs must be agreed upon at the time of booking or with reception.
At the time of Check-in, guests will be given a room key and a key to the main door, so that they can independently manage their return during the night.
Breakfast will be served from 7.30 a.m. to 10.00 a.m. Any eventual intolerances must be kindly indicated at check-in.
Deposit 30% at the time of booking or credit card to guarantee reservation.
CANCELLATION POLICIES
Cancellation policy: up to 15 days before the arrival date, you may cancel your holiday at no additional cost. In the period between 15 and 7 days prior to the day of arrival, a charge of 30% of the total booking will be made. In the case of a cancellation made in the last 7 days prior to arrival, 100% of the reservation cost is charged.
